How does a rebuild differ from buying new?+

A rebuild strips an existing airframe to bare metal, replaces all life-limited components, and reassembles to zero-time specification. You get factory-new condition with full customisation at a fraction of the new aircraft price.

Can I supply my own aircraft for rebuild?+

Absolutely. Many owners bring their existing helicopter for a complete rebuild. We'll assess the airframe and provide a detailed quotation based on its condition.

What warranty do rebuilt aircraft carry?+

All rebuilt aircraft come with a comprehensive warranty covering workmanship and components. Engine overhauls carry the manufacturer's warranty. Full details are provided with each quotation.

How do I reserve a rebuild slot?+

Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements. A refundable deposit secures your place in our build schedule. We then work together to finalise your specification before work begins.

Are rebuilt aircraft CAA/EASA certified?+

Yes. All rebuilds are completed at our CAA Part 145 approved facility. Each aircraft receives a full Certificate of Release to Service and all necessary documentation.

Can I visit during the rebuild process?+

We encourage it. Clients are welcome to visit our Denham facility at any stage. We also provide regular photo and video updates throughout the build.
