HQ Aviation is a Robinson Authorised Service Centre and CAA Part-145 approved maintenance organisation at Denham Aerodrome, around 30 minutes from central London. Our engineers look after the R22, R44 and R66, including the Rolls-Royce RR300 turbine.

We handle everything from 50-hour, 100-hour and annual inspections to the full 12-year or 2,200-hour overhaul. If your aircraft is grounded, we offer AOG support, and Robinson parts are kept in stock on site. Complete rebuilds are carried out in the same hangar.

12-Year / 2200-Hour Overhaul

At 2200 hours or 12 years (whichever comes first), Robinson helicopters require a complete overhaul. We don't just check it, we transform it. Complete disassembly, inspection of every component, replacement of what's needed, and reassembly to factory-fresh condition.
